I could not specifically find what he was talking about, but then The Invertebrates is 6 volumes and easily 4,200+ pages. I am surprised that Dawkins didn’t question his claim about comparative anatomy being “rubbish”, being that it is an important aspect of evolutionary biology, along with genetics, homologous structures, and paleontology. But he would be happy to know that Coelenterata is now considered polyphyletic and invalid taxonomically, though that hardly means they were “lying” or just making things up. So, while a great man and a great scientist, you can add comparative anatomy with languages as subjects in which he was poorly suited but look through these six text books and tell me if you agree with his claim in an earlier sections that “any idiot can become a biologist” or however he put it.
