Today I went to the dermatologist, and he informed me about this disease called Pityriasis rosea. He diagnosed it just by looking at the rashes without any other tests.. I've been suffering from it for 3 weeks now. I can't remember when the mother herald patch first appeared, but it showed up on my thigh. Initially, I took Fexofenadine HCl as recommended by my doctor for 10 days. Within 3 days of starting it, the rashes turned from pink/reddish to brown and developed dry, scaly skin on top. I didn't have itching or discomfort. But my concern is getting rid of this hyperpigmentation 😭😭💔💔

its great that you took the photos because its inspiration to many people out there:) I grew up in an animal based lifestyle household and so its my favorite type of food to consume. I wanted to suggest something delicious: boil some eggs for 5 minutes and then place in cold water to cool down; In meantime, turn on the oven to 375dg; Now lightly season some ground beef(salt, pepper/paprika, garlic/onion powder or whatever you wish to use for seasoning), next beat an egg and mix in witht he ground beef; Next remove the eggs which are cooling from their shell and wrap each of them in some ground beef like a ball; Next wrap each ball of ground beef with a strip or two of bacon. Place in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle parmesan cheese all over them / Or sprinkle some kirkland soft goat cheese. so so yummy:) Also you can put them in an airfryer instead of the oven for 10 to 12 minutes:)
