These guys can play any Megadeth songs they want. As long as they don’t re-record any copyrighted material. They don’t need permission from Mustaine to record/ sell any live performances as well. Do your research, MORON. Kings of Thrash sound better than anything Megadeth is doing today.

Most of the time, bands don't need to worry about licenses. It's an industry standard that the venues acquire what are known as public performance rights which allow copyrighted songs, including covers of them, to be played at that location. However in this case I'm sure Mustaine could go after them if he wanted to.

You can play anything you want, as long as any royalties are paid. And since this is three former members of megadeth who played on the records, I think they have ever right to play them. So when someone is playing your songs live, oh wait,, pigeons don't have songs.

@@karlsalocks Dave Mustaine, the person, is very dislikable. However, Dave Mustaine, the artist, is universally recognized as one of the greatest guitar players of all time. Saying that he got carried by other members of Megadeth is complete nonsense. His songwriting and technical skills are amazing. Yes he is easily dislikable as a person, but separate the art from the artist.

What a scathing indictment of man, highlighting the ease with which his innate corruption and lust for control descends into abject depravity executed by those in power upon those without, bridled only by an ever-fleeting grasp of empathy. Don’t get why people are getting mad and calling other slurs for throwing down. I always thought that sort of dancing has BEEN established at Devourment shows. Either way I thought their set was super tight this night!
