I believe that the Justice is strong that Sol, at least the original one. Let’s me explain: to finally win against Justice it took a combination of Kliff, Ky and Sol. But a simple 2 year later when Justice was resurrected it only needed Sol to win against it, by simple deduction you can conclude that the resurrected Justices is weaker than the original one. Because if Sol was strong enough to win alone against Justice why didn’t he when’t and woop her ass? Answerer: he could not. My point is supported by the fact that in order Sol time line where Ky is dead Justice is still alive, because Sol could not stopped her alone. Your honor my case rest: Justice best girl.

Random-ass powerscaling fact (According to VS Battle Wiki): Apparently some weird reality-warping thing from Sol Badguy’s final battle with Justice scales both of them to 5th-Dimensional (well, more accurately, they both got that power off an amp, Sol just kept it). By extension, Sol Badguy, any of his notable opponents, any of those people’s other notable opponents, and basically anyone who has fought someone who through some means can be scaled to Sol Badguy in any way shape or form are 5th-dimensional to some degree, as something as simple as, say, Chipp deflecting Happy Chaos’s bullets, would for example make Chipp 5D due to him being able to react to and interact with things on that dimensional level. As such, a stupidly vast majority of characters in the Guilty Gear Series are 5th-dimensional, or using vs battle tiers, Low Complex Multiversal. To put this into perspective, Ultra instinct Goku is baseline Multiversal, an entire dimensional tier lower. *May can canonically no-diff Goku.*
