ill be focusing on the opinion section. me and you relatively have the same placements, but i have a few adjustments; id move rogue down to a, yes it gives you a lot of dodge and access to concussion grenades, but rogue is just purely dodge, and what the other dodge decks offer i think makes it better than rogue, still a good deck tho. next, hacker is bumped to s because despite having only 35 base dodge, im pretty sure you can get up to rogue's base dodge from the +20 dodge chance from getting a pcm kill, oh and also the pcm, ultra powerful, not only do you stun cops for 6 seconds, but you could also heal during this effect, your teammates too! it's also the easiest deck i recommend for if you're trying dsod for the first time. next sociopath, id bump it up to a simply because of its armorgating, gaining 30 armor from a kill while it's also only a 1 second cooldown? and 30 more armor from killing an enemy at medium range? sounds pretty good to me, and it makes you feel unkillable, maybe not anarchist unkillable but still unkillable nonetheless. burgular id move down to d, the benefits it gives to loud are pretty lackluster, and do you really want to stand still and crouch to actually activate the benefits? nah. lastly hitman is moved down to d, yes it has a 1.5 second "guaranteed" armor regen. but, it's not... guaranteed per se, you can still get suppressed with this deck, so it isnt exactly guaranteed. but besides that, i agree with everything else!
