Those look great! I smoke using the Weber Kettle. My brother-in-law has gas… er… has a gas grill 🥴… and I promised him I’d do ribs with him; so here I am! The one thing you do differently, and I’ll take with me, is block the vents to force the air flow over the ribs. If you want smoke flavor, maybe try adding wood chips in an aluminum foil packet over your lit burner. I’ve also seen videos that suggest wrapping when the ribs hit an internal temp of 160°F. At that point, they cannot take on any more smoke flavor and they are just losing moisture. Regardless; your ribs look juicy and tender. Nice rack bud!

Wow!!! That looks delicious!! 👌 I use El Pato Hot Tomato Sauce 🍅 all the time. It's perfect. I've even tried it with tortilla chips as a dip. Meat, potatoes in a burrito 🌯 oh man, good stuff. I sear I could smell your food from my tablet 😋 I'm gonna have to try this recipe.

Please people please. Never open the valve on a propane tank all the way. The valve only needs to be opened one (1) turn so if there is an EMERGENCY it only takes one (1) turn of the valve to shut the tank off not 15 turns.

If you are using fresh garlic add it towards the end of cooking, so it will not burn or get bitter.

Thanks man I wanted something simple and bareboned and you delivered. The others had multiple shit going on like adding onions and other stuff. They also talk and talk and don't get to the point. You divided the video into categories which makes it even more awesome.

Damn I’m gonna save your vid. Just bought a new gas grill so gotta season it. Then I’m gonna try your way of doing ribs. I’m not gonna lie, this made me hungry lol Do you happen to know what temp (S) you set your grill at when cooking, do you alter the temp at different stages? Cheers dude 👍🏻

That's gotta be tricky working with a wood flame. Hot spots, cooler spots Good on ya for getting it done. I'd eat that!

El Pato sauce is the best. I blended fresh garlic with the pato sauce instead of using garlic powder and it took it to another level.

Definitely gonna have to make this! But the bone scare me!! Lol I might have to work slightly cool down and go through it with a pair of rubber gloves on and get rid of the bones. I think I can get that sauce at the local Abarrotes mexicanos. I love anything from the disco Cooker!! Last thing I made was sloppy Joe’s in it and they turned out awesome!!! I made a big picture of sloppy Joe sauce and did 11 pounds of burger and add the sauce from the picture to get the right consistency. They were so good!! I can’t wait to try your recipe now with some real garlic. and no salt up front because there’s enough in the sauce for me. keep up the good recipes!!!

I would like to know what liquid he put in the Dutch oven, was it the leftover marinade or something else? And would love to know What kind of finishing sauce he put on his tacos?
