This boy left heart here, one of best training series ever. Its shame that Hysen didnt make medal in London. Now we know that 90% of competition was on serious juice, and it would be fair game. And Hysen would smash it with that 211kg

He says that a brainiac should rest on his day off. In recent months I have been studying his techniques and the history of Bulgarian weightlifters. I do not think that the Bulgarian method is fully applicable today, except in North Korea. Before the Olympics in Seoul, the team spent 6 months in a military base. Nobody came out. A child was born to Angel Genchev, whom he had not seen until the end of the Olympics. Even though he failed as a person, I believe the USSR scripted us with the diuretics. Today, Carlos Nassar partially applies Abadjiev's methodology and achieves results.

“I come back. I come back.” He never did. Place closed not long after his demise. Ivan Abadzhiev also gone. Sad how this place has such high potential and it just sort of crumbled.

Only the absolute cream of the cream would survive this mans training regime and that’s how he wanted it . Lifters with balls of steel and lifters that couldn’t be mentally broken we’re all he was interested in and when he found them he knew he had the lifters he knew would make medals .
