@ Thank you for your response, currently I have everything in automatic in the bios, the automatic pbo the only thing I modified was the amd expo to put my ram at 6000mhz and when I launch the cinebench test, all the programs and in windows energis I have maximum performance and I have a liquid cooling of 240 and that's how it gives me that score. What I realized is that in hwnonitor it appears a ptt of 88w, it will be that ?

I have had this card for a few 2 years it has always given temperature problems, I made undervolt and I had almost solved it, then I also changed thermal paste and thermal pads, but after months the problem has returned, I will have to make a deshroud modification to mount decent fans in place of these poorly performing, however with what they cost they should provide top materials, I do not recommend this card,and then you have those temperatures at the counter, think inside a pc case, I also got to 87/88 degrees and it's not "normal"

@rambotech_ so I had windows 11 on there and when windows was previously installed onto the motherboard, secure boot was off, so I backed everything on my pc up and enabled secure boot the reinstalled windows off of a hardrive and that worked. Thank you!

i tried enabling secure boot but it didnt work for what i was trying to do an i went back into my bios settings to change my secure boot back to normal an it keeps automatically repairing an i cant find a way around it
