If you slow the video down to 0.5 speed it sounds like it's actually just a really sped up common repeating lick that Slash uses a lot just with a few notes missing. I'm pretty sure here he plays it on the 14th fret of the high e instead of 12th fret like in the Sweet Child O' Mine solo.
