@@gmzproperties I know well Teakwood, there's no 'amenities' there , apart from a semi abandoned club house. There's no services or stores around, you need to drive 15-20min until you reach the highway before you found anything. You're pretty much on your own up there, buyers should be aware of that.

You can still cover it with a canopy to maximize the space outside but you can't go higher with your fence above 2 meters or make a firewall because the subdivision prohibits base on the restrictions implemented. Good thing with that is the space each houses gives good ventilation and still enjoy fresh air from the nature.
