Every bedroom that has cabinets for your clothes ihas missed an important point. Nothing is in any of the cabinets to hang your clothes. The kitchen has no fridge/freezer, microwave oven and cooker/oven. I would only pay 5/7.5 million at the most for this house.

Thank you for your comment. Really appreciate it..Yes, the owner is open for negotiation. The 80 Million offer is on Semi-Furnished package, but who knows if someone is very interested and negotiates the owner to make it fully furnished @80Million, why not? Very possible.

Thank you for your comment. Really appreciate it. So far, the Subdivision is totally flood free. To make it more secure and have peace of mind in the future the LGU and DPWH already addressed the future problem by making a flood mitigation project in the area, a major project by the government!

Napansin ko most of the house on sale in Cagayan de Oro, has small kitchen.prang ung kitchen size ng mga house pang condo lang...Hindi cguro mahilig magluto mga tga Cagayan.

For everyone's perspective dapat talaga malaki ang kitchen area considering right now the kitchen area is the new living area but respect to the architect in general maganda naman yung kalabasan ng house it just medyo nabitin lang talaga tayo sa space not only on the kitchen area so far that's our observation as the one who take the video and experience inside the house during sa house tour namin. Aesthetic Minimalist for modern living, Goods talaga!

BTW. for the house design and price, IMO OP sya CDO is not a top tier city in the first place. You can buy a similar house design and lot size for 22M in metro manila. Just saying no offense, realtalk lang.

Please consider always the specific location of that certain area like you said CDO is not a top tier city but always the demand dictate the price of real estate. If you know Xavier Estates is one of the most High End Subdivision in uptown cagayan de Oro considering the amenities like sports and country club with Olympics size pool and slides, fine dining, event area ,super strict 24/7 security the number one reason that most of the prominent people want live inside xavier estates..Thank you again.
