Yeah, like Dragon's Dogma 2, it relays mostly on CPU heavy usage, and given that Wilds is using the same engine as DD2, we can only hope they fix every issue before release

honestly looking at Dragon's Dogma 2 has the same engine and the same problems, this seems like RE Engine is not suited for open world that has lots of things being processed in the background all at the same time. this really turned me off from the game after I played the beta. I doubt the release will go any different than DD2

Not very suitable really, there are huge fps drops once you are in the base camp, also seems to be related to CPU too, everything from Capcom recently is very CPU heavy

For my 3060 6gb aswell, texture settings doesn't work, 90-97% Vram used, and occasional model load into polygon like this

I actually went back to play World recently and no World isn't much better, it's even more blurry and worse lighting/shadow and model at 1080p. But the textures is working properly and effects are more pronounced - especially bloom. Wilds could look amazing if settings working properly, I already seen a piece of that despite my textures bugged, and sharpness settings for upscaling doesn't work aswell

Only on Ultra Performance, with any other setting, it lowers the fps to 15-19fps

its because Gpu is not most importand part of pc and Cpu in wilds have more use then gpu. when im playing my gpu is most of time on 60-80% but cpu is non stop on 100% because of that i have often only 30fps :p

I made a couple of adjustments on my system a while back with the help of a friend, but it was mostly BIOS stuff, ¿Do you have by any chance the XMP enabled on your BIOS? should be set to "Profile1". Besides that, I used the Windows Utility tool by Chris Titus to get better rid of some Windows settings to get better performance, it did help a lot with some games. Not so much with this one, after ending the first quest, the FPS got worse on the base camp and the new open area

​@@Sammaroth well you see. i just upgraded everything in my pc except gpu, so i do have a top of the line CPU right now. So yea, i belive my fps problems dont come from my CPU being bad.

@@raikohadvent dont know much about bios setting as i rarery change anythink there. And ob base cam same have like fps almost halfed but i think its becasue of amout of players in one place but not sure as didnt was on offline lobby ((not sure if you even can be in beta test)

@@denisvarga2794 then possibly gpu. you need to check how much used are each component as for me cpu is always on 100%. and to be sure 6gbs for sure are not enough as i think on low still game requaries like 5gbs of vram

I don't think that Frame Gen is bugged (except for the ghosting) but the game cannot render full models if it runs out of VRAM since there is no space for them and Frame Gen is probably just increasing the amount of VRAM used leading to the polygon monsters. Hopefully the devs can optimize the graphics vram usage before launch. Maybe even the performance but I feel like I am asking for too much now.

Before having my current GPU I had a 2GB VRAM APU and I got the same polygon issues on the remake of Destroy All Humans! 2 after enabling the FSR, it does feels like it's an out of VRAM issue more than anything else

​@@hevyDavid That makes more sense, Frame Gen also uses VRAM. Cards that have 6 or under VRAM would suffer the Polycalypse when they are out of VRAM by Frame Gen. Which sucks considering the game runs really poorly without Frame Gen.

It's a GTX 1650 Dual, mine says 3.84gb, what processor do you have? Crashes could be cause of heavy CPU load, Capcom has been doing that to their games recently, I changed mine a couple of months ago from a Ryzen 3 3200g to a Ryzen 7 5700x

@raikohadvent Damn you have a beast of a cpu, i have a 10 years old intel core i5 6600k so im pretty sure thats the issue, i allready bought a ryzen 5 2600 which should be barely enough, but i still need to buy a proper motherboard. Then if i'll be able to maybe an rx6600 or something lile that.

@@iosonodadoleggenda915 The Ryzen 5 2600 is pretty good too! a B550M motherboard could be nice to it, I'm still using my old A320M-s2h for my system, don't know how much would last. There are good deals for the RX6600 here were I live, but the brand is AsRock, I'm a little bit skeptical on how good their GPUs are tho : (

@raikohadvent well here in italy i got a really good deal for the 5 2600, 38 euros with shipping. As for the mb i was thinking to get a second hand 320m, just like yours, but i cant find any second hand, so im left with brand new only and its pretty hard to find one with 2600 support and that sell for around 60euros, im in italy and i search them in amazon or ebay, and have a really thight budget 😬 Edit: damn i thought the B550M didnt support the 2600, i'll look into that thanks
