Joziah is one of my favorite artist both on and off planet. He's so aligned with the calling and responsibility of art and artist. We are here, we go, we leave a body of work. Great band!

Brilliant guys. It was so good to have you playing at Cream of the Crop too. Due to my work there I don't get to 'the field' these days so I rely on The Cropredy Blog, Radio Oxford and FCs posts to remind me how good the whole festival experience is.

Edgar Winter's Frankenstein as unintentional background music, how good is that? I go every year, Cropredy is the place for me, long may it continue along with your quirky vlogs!

Had to miss the FCC this year for family reasons, so it's good to be able to catch up on the vibe. I always feel being on the railings at the front to catch Fairport's acoustic set is the highlight of the festival. Thanks again for your blog...

They did a fantastic set at Cropredy, it was such a pleasure to be part of the very positive feedback between the band and the crowd. I met a couple of the band members at the bar later that evening, I told them how much I'd enjoyed them and they were great, really nice guys and thoroughly enjoying the festival and the reaction they had received.

best festival i've ever been to by a mile, i went in 89 with my good friends bob and janice spencer and we had a great time (apart from trying to kip in bob's type 2 VW!), i'm not really a huge folk fan but i loved it, a proper festival like they used to be and no hells angels to spoil it!

Fantastic programme. Got over from New Zealand for 2018, met lovely folk and had a wonderful time. Have my fingers crossed for getting back in 2022.

I know the story (been to most of the festivals since 1979) but its still good to hear it. Hope things settle so we can all go this year.

Excellent video guys, great to see the locals views on us festival goers. Chris Leslie hit the nail on the head, arrive Thursday, tent up, wristband on, bar, then down the front for Fairport to open the festival. I didnt realise how important Christine Pegg was to the continuity of the festival untill I read Peggy's book, she deserves loads of credit. Got a horrible feeling this year won't happen, hope I'm wrong.

A nice watch to cheer us up in these awful days. Tickets are in the drawer (secured 30 seconds after release in December!). Many happy memories of sitting on the grass in 1978 (Tipplers Tales), 1979 (Farewell, Farewell), watching people swimming in the moat at Broughton Castle after being told not to.... Can't imagine August without Croppers.
