@@JamesRobertMTB yeah I done the quarry side too it took my ages finding it all using KZbin and google maps I didn’t fancy that drop on the trail down from the cattle grid on my own though 😂

@JamesRobertMTB had a ride up there month or so ago and it doesn't look like it would take a lot of work few landings need rebuilding but it's in a lot better shape than I thought. And that old main trail in your vid was riding good, are there any new bits on it now then?

Great riding James, Tom and fair play, you dad did well on that 'Off the edge' section, that's crazy steep. If you want, you could check out the other side of A470, the hill opposite to Garth and ride up Craig Yr Allt passing the Rockwood Riding Centre, Blackrock Road, nr Caerphilly, there's lots of steep tech lines over there and some more steep flow ones too.

@@JamesRobertMTBnope it’s the mountain that’s closer to Caerphilly, I’ll give you the what three words which is the entrance to the climb up. I’ll send you a gpx of the lines on that hill ///games.lights.snow Park at fforest fawr car park (the one near Castell Coch and ride up passing by Mountain View bike park, or park at Mountain View, go ride Craig yr Allt and then back to MV for some jumps, that’s what I do, make a day of it.

Great riding as usual, glad you're showing some parts as riding N Cardiff trails tomorrow. It'll be a soggy one for me though. There's lots of trees still down over Fforest Fawr and loads is Ganol Fawr as did a few night rides this week and some trees too big to move.
