I threw in three easter eggs and references for you guys to find. Two of them are obvious, but one is a bit more obscure. I’ll be very impressed if you can find it. I’ll be even more impressed if you get the reference. I'm currently working on more Shuttle content. However, I'm also making a comic book and video game project as well. I don't know when I will finish it. This is a proof-of-concept video. I wanted to see if this would be a viable format in the event that I utilize this style of video in the future. Overall, the result is…okay. I like the end product, but many things had to be compromised in order to have an acceptable render time. Here are some of the things that had to be left out: 1. The OH-6 Cayuse had an actual spinning rotor blade, This was cut due to the render failing. 2. There were far more stars in the sky in the opening sequence. These had to be cut down. 3. The “marine snow” effect was far more prominent in previous passes. These had to be cut down for render time. 4. There was a sequence of the megamouth swallowing the parachute. This had to be cut for time. Some fun facts: 1. The Giant Squid was originally a Colossal Squid. This was changed later on. 2. Some of the creatures' appearances were inspired by toys. For example, the coelacanth and megamouth are partially based on figures from Safari LTD.

I want 100% agree with you on this. I do believe that the Soviet space shuttle had some qualities and properties that the United States space shuttle did not have but over and above the United States space shuttle was a functional program as for the Soviet program was bankrupt and never left the test phase. So there really is no comparison and capabilities the Soviet program was never able to demonstrate actual functionality ask to where the US space shuttle program demonstrated complete functionality to the point complacency.

43:25 concrete was an amazing substance, I could imagine if we would have been desperate enough that would have been something that would have been implemented for defensive purposes it had extremely amazing armor properties that most materials don't and the fact that it is readily available and just takes wood pulp and water frozen. And would remain so for long periods of time even in water that was well above freezing. If they added refrigeration they can make aircraft carriers that were virtually impervious to the weapons of the day. They could be virtually infinitely repairable almost virtually indestructible. Pipe Creek was an amazing idea an invention of the day too bad it was never implemented on a scale that was usable and viable. Perhaps if the second world war would have turned to the Arctic and Arctic conditions Pike Creek would have been used as a replacement for concrete in areas of Sub-Zero temperatures. Hopefully we'll never have to know the total abilities of piecreat

One flew over 100 successful missions with with payloads in space to show for it, the other was launched once unmanned. I think it's pretty clear.

I don’t know how you guys are coming up with all of these weird reasons for the Buran not being overrated. Those two things have nothing to do with each other.
