Looking forward to but from same brand over Philips and Agaro which are recommended by others. Mine is a family of 4 with once in a month baking. Can I go for Morphy Richards 45 RCSS LuxeChef Stainless Steel Body Oven Toaster Griller (OTG) ? Why there is a big price gap between 45 and 60 version (Almost 2x on Amazon)? Anyways, Thanks for putting the video.

If you are going to use occasionally, then this otg is of out of choice ( price pov) Performance wise this is good. Even I m still experimenting this. and will post a performance review video soon. I m professional baker, and bigger otg is essential for me so brought this.

Yes sis. It’s always best to add tylose or cmc powder to fondant to avoid melting

It will dry. But you have to add CMC powder or Tylose powder to fondant. It will help to dry out quickly
