Great workout, well demonstrated and paced. I respectfully suggest that the loud beeping noises starting at 10 seconds be reworked to a tone that is less stressful and doesn't sound like a smoke detector. My dog is super sensitive to these types of frequencies and runs off when he hears it. I as well would love something a bit more mellow. Thanks. Would love having some bone building workouts for osteoporosis (no twists or forward bends).

Thanks for this video! I've done your other video (very similar to this one with a couple variations) but was looking for a little variety. This was great, I feel sore in different places. Maybe I'll alternate between the two. This was very easy to follow mechanically and I'm winded so you did your job sir.
