This is very cute (mostly just everything about Airman himself), and I think it does a very good job of being inspired by Terminal Montage but not really being the “same” style, it’s very distinct. I don’t know if that’s what you wanted exactly but that’s what I think at least

8:55 You can add filters only when you have converted the frames into movie clips. You can do this by selecting the frames one by one and clicking F8 key, Selecting the type 'Movie Clip', and then Clicking 'OK' (Do this for all the frames) . Then only you can find the 'Filters' option under the 'Properties' tab, when you have selected the frame, which you have converted. Note- We can't convert blank frames/keyframes into movie clips. You could probably achieve the same thing in Blender with nodes, there's also some free alternatives to After Effects (can't recall the name right now!) After Effects is a bit pricey by itself. The Adobe suite is like £40-£50 a month, which is a lot if you're just a hobbyist.
