You wanted a comment…. Turbo boom 💥 Mine did the same at 37,800 miles. 5k miles after its service 😳 15. + weeks at the dealership while, I follow all the procedures (owned car since 4K miles and registered Jan 2020)

That’s terrible my dear I’ve done timing chain at 30000 miles, I believe there is a fault in the turbos and there cheap and nasty But thanks for the comment it just helps me try and stay on top of these problem engines as I look after 3 others ,this is the first time I’ve seen this vehicle

Hi mate, Quick question if you don’t mind, Do you know if before you fixed this issues was engine rpm was up and down ? Mine is on 1100rpm sometimes same fault code what you got changed alternator and plug was broken so we changed them codes are gone but when you start the van up sometimes high idle with engine light plz help if you can with some advise plz lol thank you.

Hi No this van was running ok and idled ok to so I don’t think this has any thing to do with that fault But With what I’ve experienced I’d check the earths ,fuel pressure, and possibly a dodgy egr vavle I hope this helps and it gives you something to look at sir 👍👍👍👍👍👍

We been doing some research online for a week and haven’t found anything that’s related to this code we don’t know which part is it 🥲

Vehicle starts up rmp at normal after about 30seconds rmp jumps to 1100 engine light on U041600 invalid data received from vehicle dynamics control module P261A00 Coolant Pump B circuit/open P26A600 Engine coolant bypass valve a position sensor circuit low P2B6200 Coolant Pump B Supply Voltage Circuit U004700 Vehicle Communication Bus C-Performance U105200 Generator - No Communication “After Changing alternator and green plug this code has gone. Checked every single wire went to several mechanic no one was able to fix this problem 🥲😭 running on 14-14.1V

I like them this one is over load a lot ,and does 4000 miles at least a month , it’s got good power to Personally if I had a choice between a transit and a Vauxhall this wins every time as I see this every 3 months ,so I service it and send it Only bad bit is getting part but just lately a lot have come on to the after market So if looked after there a good van I hope this helps sir

I have the same car model and year, I noticed my turbo would work sometimes and not work until now it does not work at all and is in 1/2 engine mode, I changed LPFP and filter, I have the P0087 code, the 15DF code and the misfire codes. It cranks and sputters but if I shut it down and re-start it idles fine but still in limp mode. Not much power, expected that in limp mode. My fuel pressure goes from 57-60 at idle but up to 350 when I rev the engine. Any ideas what to check?

This job was not all about fixing car it’s also working with the customers and getting helpful information from them to prove the point and get the fix I’ve learned if you press to hard they shut down and pretend they know nothing luckily not in this case but it didn’t matter I knew the answer. but I had to find this problem first I enjoyed this one got me back in to the real world 👍👍👍

Great video and good find. Just one thing did you do a volt drop test on the earth lead with the loads on and if so what volts did you get.👍

I did this some time ago but it only happened when it was hot If I remember the voltage drop was ok when it was cold I can’t remember when it was hot as I had a very good feeling what the fault was and never checked if that helps

Thank you sir Probably 2 hours give or take after I got the egr out the way but I did everything by hand if I had my 1/4 air ratchet it would of been quicker but that bracket is not fun 😫😫😫😫😫

Hi Trevor I’ll get the vin number when I get home , the fault is I don’t have any steering wheel controls working at all , the paddle shifts don’t work , the horn works ok and the controls light up on the steering wheel ok , there are no warning amber lights showing either. I did have the warning lights on for the abs , traction control etc and the steering wheel light symbol was on , I have had a new abs sensor fitted and they have all gone out now regards Peter

This was the truck in the rear brake overhaul video . I did this repair last year and that it used the hand brake as a primary for 2 weeks (this was the first time I touched it) And it was fully loaded most of the time 😫😫😫😫😳😳😳🤠 I’m finding videos I made all over the place and I’m trying to learn how to do shorts video The video I want to make is the one about me getting my visa for the states , which is still pending 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞 but my job is still there and I’m still looking forward to going

Hey man, I recently washed my engine bay (have done it multiple times) and directly after starting the engine the check engine light came on and the exact error code that you have. Do you think it is the sensor or did I mess something up in the engine bay?

I don’t think you have caused any damaged in the engine bay if you have this code as this sensor half way down the under body

Was there any water or oil in the throttle body first if there wasn’t then you need to look at the actuator in the middle of the throttle body and egr valve , 3 months later (tho code came back )I found that code ,You have came back and it was that I must do a follow up video on this and find the video on this I hope this helps

Bought an audi q5 few years ago . I check service history, has engine stripped looking for coolant leaks (2k bill) and after they changed the egr assembly another 800£. Basicly they opened the engine for no reason . Now after 3 years since i bought the car i have this symptoms : car sometimes don’t want to start , cranks until battery goes dead but starts immmediatly with battery starter ( this happens sometimes)and coolant gets out from bottle when i push the pedal more ( making like a foam inside the bottle from preasure ) , very inportant water temperature stays perfect it doesn’t go up on dashboard)Went to mechanic and he says (maybe head gasket) but i have a feeling is again some trouble egr cooler . Car is audi q5 , 2.0tdi , Cglb engine code 2012. On the exaust you can see white smoke sometimes

It’s no good checking this fault with the coloured head gasket fluid as it would give you the same results,from the egr or head gasket failure .
