Nice back in the day you could create custom routes like empty backfield,send everyone deep and hitch your fastest guy out ten yards. Either a TD or first down. On Madden 23 can you do anything like that? Thanks for the tips just getting back into after a ten year break.

I Understand nerfing high passes. But it’s crazy how heavily they were nerfed. They no longer are useable around decent DBs. But since EA has no competition they don’t have to actually balance the game well.

Good video. I’d say just slow down a bit & assume someone’s never played before (just a mindset.. don’t literally come from that position) such as… you mentioned near the end about trying to pass lead RB, but you didn’t at all explain how you pass lead, left right up or down. Just throw it in there, how you did by saying LB is a high pass.

Not sure where to find an answer to this. But I just purchased madden 24 for ps4 and noticed when I hold down the R2 trigger along with the running direction after a few seconds the ball carrier begins to taunt or celebrate and leads to a fumble. It was never like this in previous versions and I can’t f8nd a solution. Anyone else seen this?

It’s definitely a unique formation literally no one running like that so u can definitely get the jump on ur opponent especially if u can get the opponents defense set up. If u got a fast quarterback or one with “fastbreak” u csn take advantage of that rpo and gb blast

This is frustrating! Why this football game turned into a damn test to play is beyond me, it's a video game where all I need to worry about is playing the game and not on how to "accurately" throw with precision or accuracy or off balance or on balance or hold this button down or use the NES Contra code to get 30 extra lives. Man that's excessive adding towards a video game, keep it simple and let the player rating be the real factor of how the QB throws the ball solely based on the ratings of the player, all this other crap they added for passing is unnecessary, it causes more frustration than enjoyment

It gives you more control over qb passing. Makes for a good challenge and when you master it, opens up more opportunities for you for big plays, it’s the difference between having your wr stop to catch rather than catching on stride
