So last week my waste couldn’t be collected from a wheelibin with a council logo on the front of it but they could collect in my own virtually identical wheeliebin that doesn’t have a council logo on the front of it

I am so sorry for your loss. I too am dealing with the same thing with my dad here in the US. He has sepsis but the antibiotics they are giving him he is allergic to. Doctors, (now 17 of them), are not listening to me and just assume he was in a veggie state before all of this because of his age. My dad is 86 yrs old and 3 weeks ago he was, driving himself to the casino 2x a week, has never been on any medications, and was full of energy. Today he cannot swallow and has not eaten in 3 weeks, he can't sit-up nor stand, most of the time he is confused as to where he is. And the doctors won't listen.

You have EV chargers installed on fire stations such as Liskeard. However the public can’t use them, they haven’t been used since installation. As a paramedic that works on the same complex with an EV it seems madness not to allow them to be used. Having spoken to some of the senior staff on the station I’m told no one other than senior officers can use them. As 7kwh chargers this seems a waste of money. I’d happily pay to use them !

There is nothing wrong with Climate, we are now fortunate that CO2 levels have risen to 420 PPM since the Dangerously Low Levels pre Industrial Revolution of 185 PPM. !85 PPM is just 35 PPM above the the Level at which Plants can not Photosynthesize and convert CO2 into Food and Oxygen for the Animal Kingdom and Humans. Plants can not function at or below 150 PPM, and that is school level Science. To be realistic about CO2 we are deficient, which is why we pump CO2 into Greenhouses to promote Plant Productivity, levels of 800 to 1000 PPM are used , which in no way is detrimental to the well being of the People who work in this environment. So try to come up to speed with Real Science, and stop this damaging CO2 is Bad Rubbish. By the way I am a retired Biologist.

I would say, though, the A38 desperately needs a bypass though between Carkeel and Trerulefoot and the Glynn Valley too so sad to hear the consideration has been pushed back. There really should be a main dual carriageway between Plymouth and the A30 really.

They even pulled the old ones down, because of asbestos, and rebuilt the estates, to the same housing footprint. "Temporary" housing solutions- we've heard it all before!

There brilliant every county should start doing these, inside they are like a hotel room, there's always spare farm land. There's a huge housing problem in all county's not just Cornwall.

Employers in the county need to stop forcing residents to own and run a car (ICE, due to lack of local electric infrastructure) in order to carry out their employment duties. Business accountability should not be content with carbon offsetting but should examine every aspect of their supply chain and their transport use, including that of their employees. Public transport needs to integrate so that it is a viable alternative to owning and driving a car. Currently it is not. Town councils need to change the rules around on-street parking so that owners of electric vehicles can charge them overnight outside their homes, given the lack of charging infrastructure across the rest of the county outside the Scillies.
