I love this tutorial! I am making planning to make an itabag for a character with few official merch (etsy comes in clutch) and i've been watching a ton of videos of how people make theirs. I have to say that watching this was super fun and it made me excited to finally get all the materials I need to create the bag! I love the tips you provided; I will definitely rewatch the day I assemble it.

you can buy or diy decorative pieces like ribbons, lace, pom pom balls etc. anything to fill it up

Exactly what they said. also if you dont mind fan art, look for that, and I have also seen people use fake flowers to add a nice touch? Anything crafty you can get your goblin itabag hands on, go for it!

Ive also seen ita bags with straight up an a5 size print in there and that takes up a ton of space. Also if you use a fabric with a busy print/pattern for the insert, i feel like the pattern on the fabric will keep your empty spaces still feeling filled in

Your ita bag looks awesome!!!🌸 I was just wondering how did you manage to keep the figure stable in the center of the bag? I want to put a figure in my bag but It keeps slipping around.

Thank you so much! Thankfully, my figure was big enough that it just stayed in place when I shoved it in there. I would try to maybe sew your figure in place using invisible thread around the neck, arms, legs, etc., or try using thin wire used for jewelry making. Both of those options would work I imagine! do you ever occasionally take your ita bag out with you? i always try to take one but i get so nervous being in public with them i just end up leaving it in the car :/

I understand! I usually only take them to events like cons or the other week I brought one to the hello kitty cafe truck event. I have worn them in public though when im feeling a little saucy and usually I only get compliments on them! People can think what they think. As long as I'm having fun and showing off my style, it doesn't matter what people think! :) it's okay to start off slow maybe with a friend itabag outing so ur not alone!

Hello! I got it from a WEGO store in Japan a long time ago. i'm not sure if they make them anymore! (I just did a quick search for "wego itabag" on ebay and they have the exact one listed used. I don't think they make it anymore so I would grab it if you can!)
