Can I do extractions after doing this session?
@candwskincourses4 ай бұрын
That is a great question you definitely could add an extractions. You could double cleanse tone apply the peel. Allow it to sit 2 to 3 minutes to neutralize and then from there, do extractions and make sure that tone after to make sure that all the bacteria is clear you could fall through with a mask for soothing and then apply finishing products and SPF.

We absolutely love the marketplace on vagaro. We have listed our business on vagaro.com and it’s in the app of any potential clients! We utilize the daily deals. and definitely use the feature to have any extra promotion if it’s available in the budget for that month or for a couple months, especially if we have any promotions going on we really like to advertise those with daily deals. We hope this helps ! 💕

RIGHT this is an absolutely amazing treatment. There’s multiple ways to charge for this roughly, we charge $130 to $ 165. You should always check in your area to see what other competitors are charging for a chemical peel facial and or chemical add-on 💓

Hello! Do you use to steam with this enzyme?
@candwskincourses8 ай бұрын
This is such a great question! In Circadia protocol, they use a warm towel place on top of the enzyme for a few moments because the goal is not to have a dry enzyme. Steam could be applied to keep it wet, but also not necessary. We just encourage a warm towel placed over the enzyme for 3 to 5 minutes. Then use for removal! We hope this helps!

I’m working at my first spa and I’m scared of taking on bad habits, especially with not having client forms to look through. I ask all my questions in the treatment room and sometimes forget to write notes on all my clients due to the short time gap I have before my next. Idk what to do I don’t feel professional and my boss isn’t the best mentor. I’m so busy I can’t keep up with my studies. Any tips for what I could do? Especially for continuing studies now that I’m not in school idk where to start.

Super exciting that you’re now working at your first SPA ! Getting it all down takes time! Several questions to unpack here. What system are you guys using? What products are you using and why do you not have Client forms? AS for continuing education, I really encourage you to Start with a dive deep into your product manual and your product line. This is the best form of education, knowing exactly what you’re using, and the best way that it can be utilized. It helps in your education to clients as well as in your treatment room. shoot us a message on IG. Happy to offer advice to help.

The numbing cream was efficient in that the treatment did not HURT at all. HOWEVER, the noise of the motor on my face was most disturbing. I have three more scheduled (paid for) treatments lined up. Can you suggest anything to help me tolerate the motor noise?
@candwskincourses9 ай бұрын
So happy that the numbing cream was effective. To help with the noise use headphones with music or noise canceling and goggles, they should help distract you from the noise and not interfere with your treatment. We hope hope this helps! Thank you so much for watching!

I had my first Procell treatment recently and bought the Aftercare products 1 and 2 (one ounce bottles). Questions: How many days after treatment do I need to use these products? Am I going to use up the bottles with only one treatment, or will it last for two treatments? Thank you
@candwskincourses9 ай бұрын
We encourage you to reach out to a Procell rep to get the exact protocol for the aftercare. We recommend post procedure up to 7 days after the treatment, then back to your normal at home care routine. We hope this helps!

I had an aesthetician tell me not to use water on my face for 24 hours after a PLLA jelly mask. She said I needed to wait that long for it to really sink in. Have you ever heard this? I hate having to wait 24 hours to wash my face.
@candwskincourses9 ай бұрын
Waiting 24 hours after a facial is ideal. However, if your appointment is in the morning, then it would be preferred that you don't wash your skin that night. If you apply makeup, you will need to remove the makeup with a gentle cleanser. If you have an evening appointment, then the following morning you will need to protect the skin with an SPF 30 or higher. It's the exfoliation from that facial and then all the ingredients after, the longer left on, the more benefits. Not washing for 24 hours reduces the chance of any irritation from excessive exfoliation, i.e. over cleansing the skin. We hope this answers your question. Thank you so much for watching!

You mentioned she has some asphyxiation of the skin - what causes that and how do we treat? Thank youuuu!!!
@candwskincourses9 ай бұрын
Asphyxiation is when the skin lacks oxygen, blood flow and nutrients. The pore tightens and then oil becomes trapped in the pores and cannot release the oil and dead skin out of the pore. Excess sebum and clogged pores are typically the characteristics Asphyxiation. It can be caused by skin products or makeup. It's difficult to treat and takes time, however a series of Chemical Peels and a good home care regime is a GREAT start. For individual cases or clients, reach out for a mentor session to come up with a treatment plan. Each client is a case to case basis. Thank you for watching! Stay Tuned GREAT content for a video!

Hi, why do estheticians use gloves instead of the bare hands? Is it a health requirement? I only ask because to me I’d think using bare hands will be more effective as you can feel the skin and use products based on how the skin feels and looks of course as to attain more precise results.
@candwskincourses9 ай бұрын
This is absolutely the Aestheticians preference and also what products you use, and also sanitary. However, it's not a law. Based on the products... like chemical peels, it's safer for the Aesthetician's hands. I hope this answers your question. Thank you so much for watching. Great Question!

I felt I ripped her off, I mean.
@candwskincourses9 ай бұрын
It really depends on the line and how they formulate the product as well as skin type. In Epionce for example, they utilize Medical Barrier Cream or the Renewal Calming for exasperated Rosacea which are very heavy moisturizers, very emollient. If not inflamed they are utilizing a lighter moisturizer based on skin type, texture and skin goals. We hope this answers your question. Thank you so much for watching. Stay TUNED this would be a GREAT topic for a Video!

hey i had a question i am just starting out and was wondering if a hydro jelly facial can be a service on its own? and also what would u reccomed as a cleanser / before and after steps for a jelly facial. thanks :)
@candwskincourses10 ай бұрын
Yes! you definitely could do this just as a service on its own. I would just double cleanse with a gentle cleanser recommended for their skin type tone you can add in massage and exfoliation then apply the mask, then remove and utilize finishing products best suited for their skin type and conditions.

Thank you for your video ! Should I do extraction before or after the peel? Thank you!
@candwskincourses Жыл бұрын
This is a great question I would definitely recommend extractions after the peel. This Peel uses oxygen and AHAs to remove surface buildup and for the best results and more precise extractions, apply this treatment for three to five minutes before extractions to break down the corneocyte cohesion that makes extractions more difficult. 🙌
