I had mine this morning. One of the most uncomfortable feelings I’ve ever experienced and I’m 56. I lasted 20 mins with no dizziness or fainting. I stopped it because I’m not big on slow torture.

It’s not that bad, I just got one done a few days ago and as soon as I said I was ready to be done they laid me back down so I didn’t faint.
