After working here I'm heavily disabled, because I have been bullied into a posttraumatic stress disorder with blood pressure escalations. Several eye bleeding and 2 brain bleedings with severe half side effects to my body. A disciplinarian, - because I refused to accept a kind of downgrading, again and again offended me by saying "sie haben einen Sprung in der Schüssel" and other things. Later he denied to had ever said anything like that to me. The HR Manager Mrs Klein and Company Doctor Roos wrote a company statement to an official authority , that this words of Mr Bachinger to me, just existed in my perception. So I became Neuroleptika medicine and the HR Manager and 2 officials forbid me to stop the taking of it. I gained 40 Kilograms of weight and beck blood pressure escalations up to 280 mmHg. Until now Mr Bachinger refuses to admit what he said to me. I was forced to make hidden records of the HR conversation with him, to generate a proof for the doctors. But as soon as the company noticed what I had done, they sent me the compliance manager of Infineon, who threatened me with 2 Years prison, because in Germany it is forbidden to make secretly records. The whole thing remembers me the case of Gustl Mollat, whom they imprisoned into psychiatric Hospital because he disclosed smuggling a lot of Money into an other country. If I didn't had my secret records, the delinquent and lying persons at Infineon Regensburg may be successfuly but accidentally convinced my doctors to bring me into psychiatry, too. Until today, Infineon refuses to admit any of a slightest blame. I have been thrown away into very bad conditions. Now I'm not even able to buy my medicine. They do not care in a way. They just ignore.

No, not an Operator. I worked at the bureau of Lithography /Frontend. I wrote stepper Jobs, took place at the engeneers on call services for solving various problems , had process Trainings in the UK and the Netherlands, had been the SPC responsible Person for Regensburg (Germany, Bavaria) Lithography. Also I was the one who increased yield up to 2,8 percent through exposing non level Shots (because my IQ level is above 145 (>99,9 and >99,5 with reference Group German students; measured by professional Psychologist, not Internet testing! ) and I proofed through geometric facts, that deplacement in one successfully aligned focus area with several spots is not possible. Some said, this might be the reason for the terrorism against me(and on the other side the reason why Infineon survived the crisis 2007/not my words) . Because they hired hundrets of Engineers who work the whole day at 0,10th percent of Yield- and I, from deeply below in the hierarchy, Increased it so much. In Germany such things are relatively bad, because the big bosses will ask those Engineers, why the improovement didn't come from their brains. I think they simply stole my idea. I just got a relatively few Euros just for mechanical work and explicit not for the brain work. So I wasn't a Operator but paid worse an Operator (no shift money) long Years I got exploited as an disabled but high intelligent Person. Paid worse than a Operator but did high level work.
