Mine had a decoy White gem that wasn't used. Also....the rainbow on the pillow has purple...but there's no purple gem?

The hints in this game are astoundingly stupid. I am literally at the box, trying to put them in order. I ask for a hint and they give me: "The gems go in an order. Do you know it?" So useless. Thankfully these videos exist for when we need a real hint!

I don’t believe the strings change, so the flag in the first position will always go to box 2, the second flag goes to box 5 and so on, meaning the code will always be 25413… but it doesn’t reveal the safe for me. @oroscajohnbrakerp.3824 Did you get to see the safe with your code?

It's not the # of stripes on each Flag. It's the order in which they are placed. Canada was 4th in line and therefore I pressed 4 and the Canada flag + got my code.
