Nice! I’m totally thinking about getting one of these travel trailers to store a bit Tucson area when I’m not there in the winter but I am thinking about getting the 17 R. Is there a fire extinguisher in this travel trailer? And also is there a way to cook outside like attach a griller or something?

If a family was using the trailer the person using the bathroom would probably have the bathroom door closed while they were using it which means they would have to handle the door knob before they got out to the kitchen to wash their hands. Yuck!
@Kevin-en1jm9 ай бұрын
Does it have a sink in the bathroom? If it doesn't, is that common in small trailers?
@WildlyGraceful9 ай бұрын
It does not have a sink in the bathroom. I’m not sure how common/uncommon this is. We have kids and grandkids and it hasn’t caused any issues. In fact it may actually speed up morning routines because while one is showering, another can be brushing teeth at the kitchen sink. Camper is so small it’s a breeze to clean up. Happy camping!

Terrible service! I will never buy their insurance again. The card had wrong numbers and when I called when we had a rv blowout we got someone that couldn't speak English. They disconnected me once then told me on the second call they would call me back in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later I call. They have no number verifying that I requested service. Then said I called the wrong number. Finally got right number and got another member number that was wrong. Long story short. We changed our spare tire ourselves. I called to complain and was told how to file a claim on the website. The claims will not work and neither does my log in. Tried to chat. No response! They are completely a waste of money!

@WildlyGraceful Жыл бұрын
We have used it in the mountains in the winter and it did too well. Nights in the teens, day temps 30ish. It does a great job but that being said, because the camper walls are so thin, if you turn off the fireplace it cools quickly. We did add a heavy quilt to the bed as well during the winter. Hope this helps! Happy camping.

Ran across your video, was just diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma on two twin spots upper chest area. Now I have 1 confirmed in my scalp possible 2nd spot just below my hair line. Dermatologist wants to do Moh's procedure on the decent size cancer in my scalp and I am absolutely dreading it. Did you have Moh's or a different procedure when your cancer was removed from your scalp?. I live alone and have no friends or family here in AZ to help with any post-op. How hard was your recovery post-op? Any advise. I really appreciate that you shared your journey dealing with skin cancer and showing us what it's like going through the types of procedures you went through.
@WildlyGraceful Жыл бұрын
Awww I’m so sorry to hear. So grateful it’s squamous and not melanoma. I’ve had 7-8 MOHS on my head, face and one removed from my eyeball. I was able to care for myself after. I even went to work the 2 days later 😆. Tylenol, ice pack, and rest. My dermatologist had me take arnica pills, 3 pills, three times a day starting a week before surgery and I stayed on it for a good week after. It really, really helps with bruising and swelling-like miraculously!! I bought mine on Amazon. The pills are tiny, like a TicTac. The worst part is the numbing. I go to Arizona Dermatology on Cactus and Tatum in Paradise Valley and see Tirsa and Dr Ko-I work in transplant and refer all my patients to them-they’re amazing and Dr Kos surgical skills are top notch. I think you’ll do fantastic and agree the unknown is the scariest part. Tell the staff how you’re feeling, we appreciate knowing so we can help. Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with. Best of luck, you’ll do great.

@@WildlyGraceful I do have a question about your Moh's surgery. Did the surgeon perform removal of all margins in one day or did they send you home until they got the lab results? When I was in my medical coding training course, it was explained they kept removing margins until clear in same surgical day. I've heard lately some clinics do a "modified Mohs" where they remove margin to be examined at a lab and patients return at a later appointment. That seems more like a staged excision or modified version since they try to remove a little as possible in these types of procedures.

@@WildlyGraceful Drove into a camping world today, I seen the 17b! The 17r wasn't there unfortunately. It is small indeed, but cozy. The ac or heater shouldn't have any issues in the space. The coleman camper next to it had a nice mattress, loved that camper to but it cost waaay more. Anyhow love the 17b and hoping to see the bunkless 17r soon! Stella is very cool!

Well I noticed that Coleman made these units cheaper that's for sure. I noticed you have three drawers in your kitchen I only have two that was the first thing I noticed. The second thing I noticed is by your kitchen table you have an outlet they didn't put an outlet over in our kitchen at also on the left side of the camper there is no outlets except where the air conditioner is. I'm kind of jealous about the third drawer in the kitchen and jealous about that outlet behind your kitchen table. You’re right, immediately after we purchased ours and started this channel and our FB group everyone started comparing the lack of features each model year had. We also paid far less for ours which is really quite unfair. Knock on wood we have had no issues since we bought it in 2020. In the end it’s about the experience, not the fancy so I’m super grateful there’s an affordable option for those of us that like a roof, bed and toilet while “camping.” 😆Cheers to some amazing experiences in your future.
