I mainly wanted to show some things that were different about the Deluxe cabs at the time I recorded it. If you want to see a full build video from me in the future, I'll be happy to do one next time I get a new cab.

I didn't. Just straight from Ramage to the MK Deluxe, though if they had offered a Joust Deluxe, I would have bought that over the MK. I love the Joust artwork.

It's not a necessity, but it helps add to the aesthetic of the cab.

As I mentioned in the video, I do have this on my Xbox 360. I don't know if it's still playable online. But I got this cab because it also has Captain America and the Avengers. And although these games can be emulated, I also like to collect these cabs for the artwork they have, and I love the side art of X-men. As much as I love both TMNT arcade games, X-men is my favorite of the Konami beat 'em ups. I understand your viewpoint, though.

I know that's possible, but I'd prefer something official to keep all of the online function intact for all games.

@@HungrywolfGarou makes sense. Although I’m able to launch into the stock app to run all my normal games online and easily switch back and forth from it and the 100+ other games I have on the cab via Daijisho (frontend)

If you are a fan of the original X-men cabinet, I think it's worth getting.

I would have loved if they put that on here! But I don't know if Sega would have let them do that. I'm wondering how they managed to mix the Data East games with a Konami game.

Yeah, I love the 4-player cabs! Galactic Storm isn't really bad.

@@HungrywolfGarou Its not a perfect solution either - I'll miss the menu system and have to go to a sound control knob on the back. But it should solve lag and I'll pick up Donkey Kong(s).

Donkey Kong is good. If I could only have one Nintendo arcade, though, it would be Popeye. I'd want a Popeye cab, though, with that art. Luckily, one of the arcades near me has it.

Yeah, it was such a good one. It was hard for me to sell, too, but the Deluxe has what I need. If an XL table with online leaderboards is released, I'd probably get one.

I know the feeling. The price of the hobby can be tough. It's nice to have a shooting cab, though.

I've probably done that before, too, but it's not as necessary to level everyone up so fast in VI as it is in some of the other games.

ITs not but once you LOSE Banon your lose access to his infinite healing skill and since the enemies via that LOOP only use physical hits you need to Vanish the party and the ONLY reliable way to do that is to have a LV 48 Celes first JOIN with that spell in order for THAT to happen you need to lv up while Banon is still playable for that first Ultros battle ALL the way up to at LEAST LV 58. Gau gets a Rage for Vanish but its unreliable for 2 main reasons one you can't control Gau when you use Rage and 2 he tends to use the Vanish via Rage either on HIMSELF or OTHER party members he already vanished removing the Vanish status though on THIS Pixel version when you Vanish a party member Vanish will actually MISS against a Vanished target but Celes starting with the spell is still faster. Especially since to even USE the Vanish rage you need access to ZOZO which at this point your not even close to since you still need to do all 3 scenario's THEN get rid of Kefka via the Narshe raid battle MOST of the Narshe raid enemies make having CELES join at lv 48 with Vanish easier since most of those enemies only use Physical hits.

Yes its weird since on EVERY OTHER version of FF6 using Vanish on party members in that state WILL Cure/remove it and since Vanish makes spells have 100% hit rates don't actual Vanish party members against REFLECTED spells since even the Auto Reflect status of reflect rings won't actually reflect spells if you Vanish any party member. Vanish itself isn't reflectable though.

Yeah, it adds so much to the cabinet.

If you are going for an arcade1up, generally the price range will be $300-400, with some cheaper than that if you get something used.

And is it true that 30 anniversary uses a bad cheaper screen ( as many complaints very washed out look images ) as Delux still uses something like BOE version screen ? Pls. Explain to me both console versions both have Wifi and are same price ? Thx

@knightranger11 I prefer the no riser loom. I never had the 30th anniversary, so I can't comment on the screen quality. I do know the Deluxe monitor is good and has online and the same games.

Thx and just One more question too .. I guess only MK2 has 14 different types of varieties games as then not too boring and can play on line Wifi against others player ? And Eg..Marvel Superheroes and Street Fighters or say something like Yoga/Capson Console games are all basically the same 12-14 games as always One on One ( face to face ) punch/kick combats ( as no space ships or Hunting games etc ) right ? Thx

@knightranger11 Online there are 4 fighting games (MK, MK2, MK3, UMK3), Rampage, Gauntlet, Joust, Toobin, Wizard of Wor, and Klax, so a lot of variety. All the games have online leaderboards, I think. Most of the online games are just 2 players, but Gauntlet is 4 players online and Rampage is 3.

I get it. I'm irritated it's damaged, but I ended up damaging it myself when I opened it, so I'm not that concerned. I understand why others might be if theirs are damaged. I'm just glad everything inside was safe and sound.

I understand. We all have our own taste. I wouldn't recommend the cab for anyone who doesn't like the games on it.
