Nice looking print. I recognize the SV06 head. What is going on with the left corner of the front leg?

@@HLModTech hello mate :) I had unused angle mounting brakets laying around that fitted perfectly. So I thought I will just mount them there to hopefully reduce Vibration on the frame. However, I can't tell if that actually made a difference. I removed the Mainboard housing and Power supply because inside the chamber it gets too hot which makes overheating for the devices more likely and that temps would shorten electronics lifespan. And I printed with leftovers small nozzle holders for frame :)

@@HLModTech and actually I think I got in a Situation that requires me to Design a model. I want a case for the Mainboard but there is literally not a single case for the v4.0 Mainboard. Tons of cases for earlier Mainboard versions but not a single v4.0 one (different Dimensions compared to old version) -.- I want a case to mount outside the enclosure on the enclosure due to short heatbed cable. But I will probably instead just make the cable longer and use original Mainboard housing Not sure yet

Hey mate :) nice to meet you here :) Actually with this printer I haven't don't thaaaat much with the Hardware. I replaced glass bed with pei and Aluminium plate because i had to. And a friend of mine gave me inductive bed level sensor from sovol that he had laying around unused. Also I replaced x and y axis stepper with tmc2209 in uart mode. Which i basically swappong out + I had to solder 4 single pins to Mainboard to be able to connect New stepper in uart (serial) mode. + a 10 year old usb Webcam so I can have an eye on it while outside. Actually I won't invest money anymore unless it's a really really good bargain :) The tmc stepper are only used because I had 2 spare from converting geetech from 3to1 hotend to E3D single filament. And that's pretty much it. Most work went into calibrating the printer from a - z aswell as klipper. Pei plate and calibration is extremely beneficial. But wait until you see the other one soon :D

I will upload a guide for uart install on that Mainboard on github soon as well as the klipper configuration (but without 3 extruder and mixing gradient hotend, however i can make the config if someone is willing to test it. Just let me know :) Generally everything related to my printers will be made public for everyone to use

But the difference is insane. Next thing I will probably do is installing noctua Fans with step down converter because now the Fan noise is so noticeable. the power supply Fan and Mainboard Fan can be heard on the video now and the part cooling Fan is off (is also annoying) 3 goals I definitely want to achieve are and I have everything I need: 1. eliminating noise as much as possible and 2. installing klipper with input shaping and calibrate everything as perfect as possible, also with Webcam and all that fancy stuff 3. Closed Lack enclosure for heated chamber with temp sensor Side quests: 4. Get stronger motors (currently running stock motors with 1A rating) 5. Second z rod and linear rails. But Second motor probably won't be possible because of technical limitation (maybe I can circumvent it) 6. Another place for extruder motor to 100% eliminate shaking frame artefacts from fast retraction. Side quest will only be done if I find really really cheap and good Second hand deals/promotions.

I’m confused is the gear not turning?
@denis23813 ай бұрын
It is turning too fast so the filament Slips and makes scratchy noise. Fixed it with lower retraction speed. Its now on 15mm/sek.
@denis23813 ай бұрын
Sorry, I was talking nonsense after watching again. Looks like it wasn't turning. I fixed it with lower retraction speed and lowered tension on the screws on top too at some point. If there is too much tension then it gets Stuck too.

Just a little demonstration. I bought that printer in fully working condition for 10€. Made some upgrades. The best upgrade is the golden PEI plate which is amazing. I had to glue a 180x180x3mm Aluminium plate on it with a 3m 468mp Sticker (same size) in order to be able to apply Magnet plate for pei plate.

The tronxy plate was the only fitting one I could find at the time. Its 180x180 and printer can print 150x150x100
