do quitters get a loss in sf6? It's one thing I didn't like in sf5. The person who rq doesn't get a loss, so they actually intentionally do it sometimes to just steal your win. The winner gets nothing against the rq and the rq doesn't get a loss penalty.

it's actually a GB game, it's from 1994, only it had Super Game Boy compatibility (and it was the first cartidge to show it in fact)
