NCL really bit the big one with Ketchikan...EVERYONE complains about it...too far from town...impossible shuttle schedules, you aren't there long enough...it's a disaster.

Hi, thx for the list of pros & cons. Do you have a take on the wifi? How is the Internet during sea days? Will I be able to use WhatsApp to stay in touch with my Family & get some work done. I need to have good Internet - is true that they have starlink?

@@gerardoglez hi there! We were pleasantly surprised with the wifi. It was better than we expected and WAY better than Disney. My partner brought a travel router to split the signal, so he was able to use his phone and laptop at the same time. He upgraded to unlimited because he needed his phone for work. It was starlink.

Hearing your port times is why I’ve chosen Holland America with their long itinerary in every port. Also they have seniority and dock right up front. Hope you get to go back

I think you made the right decision! The perks on Norwegian are great, but Alaska is a place you want to stay in port!

It's such a waste of time. Knowing what we know now, we should have taken an uber back to the ship. Expensive, but better to have the time in port than waiting in line.

we were on the bliss in 2022 loved the ship we had a spa cabin when they did that best spa on the seas, we specifically booked this cruise to see Skagway which got canceled due to rock slide on pier they replaced with icy strait point. I agree a real waste of time,

Hello, great video!My husband and I are staying in that room for our Disney Wish Cruise and are wondering if you or your husband got sea sick? We hear a lot of motion is felt at front of the boat and that room is the very front. Also we heard there was a lot of noise heard up in the front rooms,was it noisy?

Even in the roughest seas we don’t tend to get seasick, so unfortunately we can’t help you there. I don’t remember it being noisy since it was so far removed from everything. Have a wonderful cruise!

I like the Toy Soldiers the best. All the dancers are fun, and that song gets stuck in my head, but I don’t mind it 😊

Hi, no, I don’t think there was. It was just my partner and I, so we didn’t use any extra beds. I’ll see if my partner will upload his video, so you can get a better view of the ceiling, but I don’t think there was one.

The buffet was in Cabanas. They didn’t set up on deck, like they used to. It was immediately following the pirate party, though, and the line was long!!
