What is your inseam and how do you find it for mounting?
@MrGman129Ай бұрын
@richardmorrison1467 my inseam is 30-32 inches. Mounting is sometimes difficult but lately I've been giving a lot of thought because of an accident. Right now I'm looking at some other motorcycles, but I'm thinking of staying with the FJR1300. I really LOVE this ride.

Just wanted to give you a heads up, but you can turn off the alarm without having to unplug anything. I have a 2023 GP 1800R SVHO, on the right panel buttons click "OK" once the fuel warning starts beeping, it will stop beeping.

Congrats my man!!! Heard unbelievable reviews on this bike!! Searching for one as I type this!!!
@MountainGuerrillaАй бұрын
firstly, use some ratchet straps to secure the bike to the jack, second take all the slack out of the belt when trying to remove the tire, it makes everything much easier, third the belt pulley will come out, it's only held in by friction, there's rubber pucks behind it, it's the Cush drive. Also while you've got the wheel out check the wheel bearings, touring two up is a lot of weight on the rear end the bearings might need replacing. And go easy on the grease it's only there to prevent rust, the weight bearing components are sealed bearings that have grease in them, too much grease will attract dirt.

And I absolutely love that color! Like one poster mentioned below, I also added a Saddleman's aftermarket seat, taller-wider V Stream windscreen and bar risers. Those three additions made a world of difference in comfort on longer rides/tours. The taller-wider windscreen along with the excellent fairing keeps you dry when you get caught in a rain storm. I only get wet when I stop 😎The FJR is the best bike on the planet! I comically refer to mine as "the one". Remember when we were young and dated a bunch of girls looking for that forever girl? Well, the FJR is that girl 🥰. Enjoy that bike and post more ride vids!

Gorgeous. I had a 07 Maroon one. I see very little difference from it. Mine had adjustable fairing that you could make the bike wider (the parts right in front of your legs), no cruise control, and no "modes". It would occasionally give me some sass by going on one wheel. I experienced the ABS just one time. I did a Bun Burner 1500 ride on it. :) I know it will go more than 150 mph. ;)
