This is a little unrealistic in the real world. If someone is needing suctioning, you must work very fast. Also, they likely won't be able to take deep breaths before suctioning them. So what you will likely find happen is you can give oxygen while setting up, then suction them initially before asking them to take deep breaths. If you ask them to take deep breaths with a mucus plug, they could end up choking, or inhaling the mucus leading to pneumonia. Between suctioning, then you can reapply oxygen mask so that their oxygen doesn't dip too low. This is a tip from an experienced RN, that has worked with trach patients for many years.

Stuart, you have popped in my head recently. I am still so sad you passed away. You impacted the lives of so many. I will always remember the first time we met. You are someone who should have just lived forever. The world was really a much better place with you in it. I miss you 😞

Contractility is a property of cardiac muscle. What is regulated here is instead the force of contraction. Also, at 4:40 you show a table saying that parasympathetic activity increases the force of contraction.

Why using stethoscope on your neck when you don't need it for the procedure? Is it for props?😅 Stethoscope on your neck might cause trouble while doing the procedure. It might slip into patient face when you bend.. 😂😂

Unrealistic. When it is a real patient you have about 5cm space.filled with his things ie mobile, tablet etc.
