Can I mix and match wheels on a cheaper skate? All the good brands are sold out. This is temporary.

Mamisi Yoga yes, But most cheap skates do not come with performance based wheels. Might be better to search FB marketplace or eBay for some good used skates with quality parts.

@@m5mo The brand is Impala. I was willing to pay the $699 today based on your recommendations or even $399 for the Moxi's! I spent hours researching and found you. Thanks for responding. This is an investment! Yikes! Just like my hobby with photography. Why is everything is sold out? In sum, I use to roller skate a lot when I was younger. And I was GOOD. With all of this time on my hands I guess it is time to roller skate again. I absolutely love your moves. I will look you up on IG. Peace!

Finally found my groove and was able to "skate the track" with my crossovers!!... But not before burning our and the sore muscles just as Quadzilla said... too funy. Wish I had found this advice earlier. :-)

this "scientific" method was created 70 years ago in Roller Derby and is known as the five stride, if done correctly.

100% legal as long as you're inbounds when you jump and inbounds when you land and no part of you ever touches out of bounds, because a track cut only occurs when you go out of bounds and improve your position when you come back in.

Nice skates! When I thought about getting shoes done up I thought Stacy Adams would probably be the best wheels. I'm going to have to try this set up now.

Just goes to show you how important that inside line is, especially in the turns. Give a bad jammer 2 inches, you might as well give them a foot. Give a good jammer 1 inch, you might as well give them 2 feet. Give a great jammer an inch, you might as well skate the outside line. Give Quadzilla an inch... You might as well be in the stands. :)

This is the way to skate a track and it does work for everyone...providing they want to train to become faster and utilize the track with maxium efficiency. As a jammer or blocker it's not what you're probably doing since you're skating in a different atmosphere yet..for practices...if you want to get faster and stronger.. you need to learn how to "skate the track" using this scientific method and you also need to PACE PACE PACE at every training! Quadzilla know's what he's saying!
