AS a cattle farmer i have a great variety cattle all of which are bought in for finishing year after year and will never .. never ,, never have a tb reactor my question is there any cattle farmer in uk or ireland can match this record ,, i would definitely say no or never will

BSE means Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy. Spongiform here means that the prions misfold other protiens around them they become useless for normal brain function. And when seen under the microscope, they look like a SPONGE because it's full of holes. This is like saying that someone with dementia is more intelligent than the non-dementia lads.
