I was trying to buy a 18 T rear sprocket from a 38. The top speed was meant to go from 42 to 100mph. Sadly the sprocket didn’t fit my drum break wheel.. it’s annoying they don’t make alterations in the sprockets, I can only find 37+ Teeth ones for my bike. Hoping to change the front.

Mine is 4th needle position and about 4 turns out it was Lean AF on all other needle positions

Tha factory carb that's on that is not adjustable and sucks ass

If you replace the carb wit Amazon or eBay carb you had better know how to tune and change needle positions it took me all day to tune mine but it has a shit load more power now.

I have the same issue with my car. Brought it in for the valve spring recall and then 15k mikes later the engine started knocking. Subaru refuses to acknowledge the recall work causes it despite seeing the RTV clogging my oil pickup. They said I must pay $1700 for a full engine tear down and diagnostic and then I must pay $9k out of pocket to cover repairs even if deemed the fault of the dealer recall work. Stay away from Subaru

Hey just watched your video I’m very new to the platform. I have an frs and I recently had to got a new ecu because the previous one had a tune on it (I bought it before I knew you could just flash it back to stock for smogging purposes) so I tried to put the tuned one back on and the car didn’t start. Did it not start because I didn’t do the wire jump or did I do something wrong? When I put the new stock one on it started rite up no issues.

Are the supposed to have a slight bit of play the front sprocket?

When wiring the horn if you get a switch like this there is 2 wires for your horn. 1 goes on 1 of the 2 prongs on the horn with power wire on the other. The 2nd wire from your switch will be used as ground. When running off rectifier you have to turn your idle way up to get your horn to blow loud and not have your lights dim too much when hitting the horn

To anyone watching this with a newer Tao 140 model the harnesses now have 2 yellow wires both are empty where they mate up on the other plug so you can do the same thing they did by tapping in to the harness but since you have 2 yellows you can Use either or and have 1 run to rectifier and 1 will be ground. In order to get your bike running good and powering the lights fully you have to increase your idle on your carb. Higher idle = more power running through your bike to compensate for the power the lights draw. I had bought a battery but found it was completely unnecessary, took up too much space and if you get the same handle bar switch as this video there’s no off switch for your lights so you would have to wire a separate switch to kill power from battery or unhook it every time, hope this helps anyone struggling. Shoutout to the video creator for giving the blue print ✊🏾

Do you know of I would need to drop the tank if my CEL is posting for a small evap system code? I'm considering getting a vapor Canister valve which I know is in the rear but have read you have to drop the rear end to get to it while other vehicles it's accessible from one of the rear wheel wells.

You guys sux ! There was a lady in our area who was cutting catalytic converters off of cars/trucks. They said she was under the car less then 2 minutes with the battery powered sawzall and the cat was off the cars. Luckily she was caught, so I hope she is enjoying some government paid vacation somewhere. She supposedly cut over 300 converters monthly !
