The contraption that allows Baba to jump in Arcade-G is in the lower right of the screen. Pressing up makes the 2 Kekes move up, forming the rules BABA IS NUDGE (UP) and KEKE IS UFO. With UFOs present, the triangles start making worms. On the next turn, the worms move down and Baba is moved up by the rule BABA IS NUDGE (UP). On the next turn, the worms form BABA IS FALL, causing Baba to descend to the nearest solid surface. They also form UFO IS KEKE and WORM IS WATER (which then becomes empty), resetting the contraption and making it ready to be used again.

There's a guide on speedrun.com, which is a good starting point if you want to learn the routes. Although it's outdated and doesn't include a lot of the techniques I used in my run. speedrun.com/tingwd/guides/qx1a4 So if you want to know more about any specific part of my run, I can probably explain it. I would say, as with most puzzle games, the key is memorisation. Most of the run is just going from cutscene to cutscene while performing a few tasks inbetween, so once you know exactly what you have to do, it's not too difficult to execute things quickly. If you can't memorise all of the puzzles, you could do what Xcvazer did for his run and write down notes, which you can read during the cutscenes.
