Releasing The Tramatic Pain I am Holding On To in My Body Keeping Score of my Pain Points. 1. Imagine the Feeling of someone Smiling on me OR Someone I love expressing deep love, acceptance, and approached, and important. 2. Imagine myself being filled with this light of Love, significance, and satisfaction 3. Imagine spreading this light of self love to ignight the hearts and minds of others. Unresolved Trama 1. I experience a 2. I wasn't support to be able to process through the stages of development to unleash my potential to become the person O am destine to be. 3. I have these subconscious behavior patterns ( the way I feel about things; the way I think about thhings) to avoid the pain of unresolved trauma, grief, and mental hurts or emotional pain. HOLD PATTER 1. Carrying on with insecure or old trauma precived therapy that this unresolved pain can resurface. 2. Allow my body to go into a state of ease allows me to turn on my sympathetic nervous system. Singles yo my mind or physical brain that I am safe. 3. This internal safety allows me to address the unresolved emotional distress. 4. This state of ease where I allow my body to be at ease, I accept that I am in a safe & secure state, and I hold space for the neutral feelings that are positive or negative & allowing myself time to practice self-acceptance, self-support/inner paratung, and self,compassion in order to let go of anxiety, stress, and tension.
