Great work David, good tips and skills on the deck. I’ve always made up the stringers and holes first and then lifted them in place and drilled Into the foundation, but I can see your method of drilling first works great too, and easier to do solo. Cool stuff!

One thing IBS reckon is to keep a small gap between plywood sheets for movement - if moisture gets at the sheets from below the house and they are bone dry, they can uplift at the joins.
