Hi, I don't know how much experience you have with the whole cast boolit (bullet) thing. I want to give you a few suggestions. 1) spray a little bit of any kind of lubricant on to your boolits prior to sizing /seating gas checks. or, if that is not something to want to do, at least every 5 rounds or so, with a small brush or Q tip, smear a little lube down towards the bottom but it needs to be where the actual sizing happens of your sizing die. If you don't somehow lubricate something, your going to get lead smearing inside of the sizing die(ask me how I know :( ). And that will not only gall the boolits (which can lead to gas cutting/smearing lead all down your barrel when you shoot) but it will affect the actual diameter of the boolits over time. That awful noise when your sizing them is the die screaming for lubricant. The other thing I would like to address, is how much your press is moving when your sizing. Don't panic, your press is unlikely to break (unless it smacks concrete when it contacts "the ground" when your reloading bench breaks. Your bench top appears to be real wood, meaning its not plywood, particle board, OSB, or MDF. And that is fine, but in an application like this, the grain of the wood needs a little "reinforcement" so it does not flex so much. it's as easy as running another piece of wood (real or plywood, but NOT one of the "engineered" woods mentioned above) underneath your bench with the wood grain running in the opposite direction. at least 16" long, and 8" wide. (FWIW, my bench "deck" is 1&1/2" thick screwed and glued plywood with a formica top on it. The formica makes cleaning up a breeze, and the rigidity is makes it so that there is NO FLEX at all) It will not be NECESSARY to screw and or glue the 2 pieces together, but you might find it might be easier as you drill and remount your press to your bench. I know that I am just someone on the interweb and you have no clue if I am feeding you a line of bull or not. I am a nobody person. It would be very unlikely that you have heard my name. But i have completely worn out a reloading press, made tens of thousands of boolits, and I have been shooting for more than 60 years. I have no ill will or intentions. I just want to help out the new guys and gals when I can. A VERY GOOD website that is ALL about cast bullets, is castboolits.com . I have been a member there for a long time. I don't claim to know everything. but we ALL need help from time to time.

@davidstuck2866 I'm a retired naval hull technician. I'll let you look at our trade skills are. I've been doing other upgrades around the house my single stage press has been low on my priorities. the press is loose because I shot these videos as I'm in the process of doubling up the top of the table you haven't seen me lubing them as I bag them and use my diy lube, then I start the recording. Again I thank you while I'm new at casting, I do have a friend who's got decades of doing it. I've just simply not using the tools I have at my disposal, I'm rectifying that. I normally run Dillons on another bench that's actually built for this, the RCBS is the redheaded adopted cousin right now.
