Love you channel i am a newbie, but I saew your review of Dr Sams Flawless line - 38 dry sensitive skin w prematuew aging and mild rosacea type 1, retinol failure lol, was going to overhaul my whole routine for her brightly,nightly and flawless riche....however all the reciews are usially acne rosacea or acne skin and younger looking skin. Would you recommend ?

You could do a combination like the Genesis shampoo for thinning, and the Premiere conditioner or mask for the damaged ends. You might be looking at 29N Natural Beige in the cushion foundation :) However you can get a more accurate shade match if you input at least 2 of your current foundation shades with the Findation feature on our website. You definitely can! You could use a combination of products such as the genesis shampoo/conditioner for hair fall, and then a scalp serum for the flaky scalp. For example the Nutritive serum is good to hydrate the scalp, or the Symbiose serum for flaky, dandruff-prone scalps, depending on which suits you more. Unfortunately any form of heat styling will cause damage eventually. We'd recommend you use a good quality straightener so you don't have to do too many passes over the hair, something like a GHD Original Straightener that has a max temperature of 185°C, or a Cloud Nine Original Iron with ceramic plates. K18 has said you CAN use conditioner after the 4 minutes the k18 has been in your hair. That's the time it needs to penetrate the hair so then using conditioner won't make a difference.

First of all, thank you so much for this video!! Now, when I was younger I had EXTREMELY blonde hair, which almost turned white when at the beach, and then as I grew up and moved out of an extremely sunny country to a gloomy one, my hair got progressively darker and now I can say it's a very brownish blonde that I do not resonate with AT ALL. Would the Blond Absolu be good to bring back the blonde? I don't want my hair to look coloured at all, I really just wanted to bring back my tone a bit, as I am not in the sun most of the year. Thank you!

The Blonde Absolu will be able to tone your hair and neutralise any brassy/yellow tones but it won't be able to lighten your hair. So it won't get the results of how your hair used to look, but you still might like the slight change in tone.
