Lol bro consider urself lucky! I pulled like 15 pounds of unnecessary wire from the 95 pathfinder I just bought from this kid! Lots of small mods I need to undo... His "cold air intake" is a metal chrome tube with an open filter on the exhaust side lmao, so far found 3 Bosch relays hooked to nothin, the wires he did were for led strips underneath, THE WORST speaker wiring I've ever seen in my life!, and he slammed it all the way down, put titan rims on it, and low profiles... So yayyy the suspension is freakin shot. Really need to get that suspension fixed up, before something bad happens. Idk why he slammed it. I even asked "were u gonna drift or race it?" He said no, lol so I said, "so u just ruin the suspension, to look cool, by not replacing em with proper parts that make it WORK for the look u wanted."....yeah idk man. Idk what I'm doing... "LEARN BEFORE U DO ANYTHING! Idk what ur doing to the truck ya own now, but u n ur friends need to learn now, before u die or kill someone... Before 'cool' THE MOST IMPORTANT things for a vehicle to have are brakes and suspension!" Lol I went on for another minute, and I honestly think I got through to him... Ya want ur tires on the ground and u want control over em. Then I said, "lemme guess, u put a cool system in it too".. yup.. "ok well I'll check it out when I get home.. I'll send u a video of what I changed, so u can learn from that" Man I felt like an asshole, but that kid messed with SOOOOO much stuff he shouldn't have! Lol runs GREAT though! My goal is to make all new wiring harnesses for my 92 hardbody, to have tidy new wires for my new MS2, so I bought this, just to keep moving, and have some compatible parts laying around for when I'm done.

Must be nice to have bleeders on the master cylinder at least! Had to replace the front wheel cylinders on my VW/MG kit car last week, brake was wayyyy to stiff before I replaced them. Had a hell of a timemgetting my air powered bleeder to do anything, had to crack the lines off the master cylinder to get that bled out again, which is naturwlly a giant mess lol. My wife's old S60 had that same window track issue where the front end would pivot. It had some weird scissor mechanism with sliding plastic clips that socketed onto the window. I replaced those clips once, but since the scossor lift had already bent up, it had no problem doing it again. Her mother ended up cracking that window lowering it, somehow it stayed intact, so I just unplugged that window from the rest and sold it that way. That Bronco engine has a lotttt more extra junk on it compared to my '83, wow. Granted, mine is a '79 block, so who knows what was missing from the original engine. Didn't realize they had diagnostic ports on that old of a truck, that's sweet! I bought myself an industrial griund fan from Harbor Freight, a huge game changer over those box fans, you'd love it
@analog56x
@analog56x 8 ай бұрын
haha the replacement master cylinder didnt have bleeders on it. it did come with plugs though, so i stuck it in the vice, filled it up, and pumped it till i couldnt anymore haha. then i installed it into the car, attached the lines, and ran fluid through it until it was all clear coming out of the brakes :) i really should have recorded it... the issue with my sonoma is the plastic clip on the back of the window is broken off, and the window track/felt is also crumbled so even if the clip WAS on the window, there's no actual retainer left to hold it in place haha! yea, this bronco is fuel injected, thankfully haha! i CAN work on carb'd stuff, i just dont like to :P im not great at tuning carbs, though i did get the quadrajet on the 350 swapped s10 blazer running really good. the diagnostic port is a godsend haha, when i seen it didnt have a check engine light, i had to look up the wiring diagram for the plug so i could rig up my own. i'd love a bigger fan haha! i think my buddy Shaun wants to try to build a swamp cooler for the shop. he wants to come out more often and help build cool stuff, and neither of us function very well in the heat, so its a necessity haha! the canadian version of harbor freight is princess auto, so ill check out what they have :) who knows, might make enough money to treat myself to a fan to keep cool during the summer! cheers bro! have an awesome day!

Love the bullnose in the background! Coincidentally, just started working on my 351w out of my bullnose yesterday, after a 2 year hiatus. Had to restart all my seedlings this year, they all died off trying to harden them. My raised beds aren't quite as skookum as yours, they're about at the end of their life haha. We are lucky enough that there are raspberries, and black raspberries surrounding our entire yard. Fortunately, they are highly invasive, so we get plenty of fruit each year. Last year I infused two batches of bourbon with them, one for each type. I used to use the bullnose with the same 60 or so gallon plastic drum with a spigot you have for my father's garden, would have LOVED an IBC tote. Looking back, I never should have junked that truck. It had a dump hoist under the stock bed, which was awesome for dirt. Re-engineered it for a chopped down medium duty flatbed, and the geometry got messed up, so it didn't dump nearly as high. Cab was rotted something fierce, so it couldn't go into park to start anymore, since the cab was resting on the linkage. Nowhere near as nice as yours 😂

i feel that man, i still regret selling my 4runner, and even moreso, i regret getting rid of my first 92 s10... that was the first vehicle i drove after my bad accident :( as for the bullnose that hauled the water, it isnt mine. its also in dire need of a complete body swap. the cab is so rotten that when you press in the clutch, the cab flexes and doesnt let the throwout bearing release the clutch all the way, and it grinds going into all the gears haha! she's in rough shape. looks decent, but needs a LOT of love... im jealous of your raspberry situation haha :P ill be lucky if i get fruit from these this year, but i have my fingers, toes and eyes crossed that ill at least get a handful of fruit haha! i need to build the roof extension so that i can protect them over the winter and get fruit for sure next year haha!

Even if you decide not to make it public, either recording it or maybe keeping notes (if there were several problems) might prove useful. I literally was about to message you on Facebook the other day and ask how you have been, but I forgot! Love the rubber flooring! I need to come up with some waste oil drum like that, I have about 30 gallons at the moment. That was actually part of the reason I wanted to reach out, I had some Volkswagen waste oil ideas bouncing around in my head, wanted to poke your brain about whether you ever experimented with it. I myself was given an MG TD replica on a 73 Beetle chassis, so I've been dipping my toes into the world of VW, but mostly cleaning up some atrocious wiring. Back in 2019, I ruined the disc between C5 and C6 I my neck, I was 22. I only had nerve issues on the right side , despite my MRI showing damage to the nerve on the left side of my vertebrae. For the most part, my numbness is gone, but the pain kicks my ass once in a while. I totally understand it, it's the most excruciating pain I've ever felt. Hopefully things get better for you, it's always nice seeing your projects, it's what got me into car stuff back in ye olde KZbin days!
