I don't know how Federer lost to Tim Henman after this epic battle

Beautiful one-handed backhands, not like the sissy two-handed ones of today.

This commentary is one of the best. No statistics! No silly metaphors. Just respect for the players and the game.

Atrocious comments from Djoko fans who have the incurable complex, whereas this video is nothing to do with him.

Biggest what if in tennis history. I still remember at one point thiem had positive head to head against all of big 3.

Graff and her poor backhand...always relying on the slice....that's why she lost.

That challenge in the end disturbed the rythm of Thiem

Monica had a problem with food way back in 1991. She didn't have the fitness level or practice drive like Graf. There is NO WAY she was going to keep dominating. From Sports Illustrated 1991: "There she goes again, slathering heaping mounds of butter across her steak, her French fries, her pizza. "Ugh. Gross, totally grody, I know," she says. "But I can't help it. I must be addicted to butter. I just can't eat any food without it. I know it all goes right to fat down there, too [she points below her waist]."

My fave tennis story of Wimbledon was McEnroe deciding to play in '77 after he graduated in high school, as an amateur before his freshman year at Stanford in which he would become the NCAA champion. Mac played the qualifying rounds in '77, won a spot, then kept winning, making it to the the quarterfinals, despite not being eligible for prize money as a amateur.

Who was the world # 1 then? Andre Agassi, I believe.

What was Sampras's opinion on Fed 40-15, with due respect, put Sampras there, I believe even at 50, he would still have been able to serve the ace, to win championship point, against Djokovic.

Even Sampras at 50, would have found the ace or unreturnable, to win Djokovic on championship point.
