Hey Dennis Just returned from being at our house in secret beach The concrete road definitely makes a deference. But with all the rain recently the road, especially around Las Tarazas is as bad as I have seen. Great news about new roads and future developments.

Really appreciate the context and background details you provide with the property updates. I've been keeping an eye on all things Belize for a few years and have always felt like the north end of Ambergris Caye has a lot of potential! What do you foresee happening with property values, such as in Punta Azul South, once the road is built and paved? Obviously the values will increase, any thoughts on a possible percentage they'll increase? And then more increases once the new airport is built and is operational? This news is one of the driving factors for why I bought in Punta Azul South when I did. Great news! Just hope it's real and actually happens in a reasonable time frame.

I been here 25 years in the early 2000:s it was much better than now most businesses of different products by the cheapest products, they can find and sell the same items at maximum cost, warranties end the same minute you walk out the door, being white in Belize you're automatically a target , corruption has infiltrated all facets of businesses in Belize there are a few honest ones but not many.

My wife and I are going to be renting one of those first 2 houses you show in this video starting in just over a week and will be staying in it for a few months while our house is be built on the mainland to go on our lot just up the road.
