Those were the first alloy wheels used on vehicles. hey have the brake drum integrated on them, so when you replace the wheel during a race, you have a fresh set of brakes as well.

unfortunately no from 1967 to 1996 which was the first generation Century all had 4 speed column shift automatics as standard and a 4.0 liter V8 believe for the second generation Toyota century which started in 1997 to 2018 had a 5.0 liter V12 engine with a six speed automatic transmission Sidenote in 1997 only 5000 cars were made and also that 5.0 liter V12 was Japan only the 12 engine ever produced I hope this helps and another sidenote there are only three generations of the Century

Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emission and smoke criminality!

@@worldhello1234 Sadly China told most politicians that they wont do any business with underdeveloped countries that still allow CO2 emitting traffic, aircrafts or industry after 2030...I am sure USA and UK also will be forced by China to 100% electric traffic because today no industrialized country can afford sanctions by China....:-( China also banned all kind of synthetic fuels or hydrogen combustion. Because these are not energy efficient)

check your facts before you post nonsense on public forums - the date in question is 2035 and it concerns the sale of NEW petrol/diesel vehicles. as for banning fossil fuels in general, what's your issue with that exactly? are you just another science denialist who doesn't care if future generations inherit a planet inhospitable to human life?

Ooooh! Love the dropped look. Reminds me of a mechanic friend of mine from back in 1979. He had a dropped Mk1 Cortina with 3.0 V6 twin DC40’s. 2000E gearbox, Lotus diff and a steering wheel the size of an old style bread plate. I kid you not! Pukka-up time driving that at the time.
