The coffee isn't very hot at all. How can I make it hotter? Do I need to wait for the water to heat up? Unsure what I am doing wrong. (brand new machine)

I’m here trying to figure out how to open the water tank without breaking it as it’s not moving and I don’t want to force it. No idea why a hotel has put this in - I’d rather a kettle, cafetière, and a bag of ground coffee!

If you’re having problems with initial clean etc., wipe the glass where the pod barcode is read. Worked for me.

😮How to use: Add water to the tank on the left Pull up at the top part where bosch is written Put your pod in upside down, so thr little tab stick out of the slot Close the top Press the button, and put your cup underneath Once the red light stops blinking, lift up the top and remove the pod. Thats it!

A máquina é realmente boa, e a marca dela diz tudo. Mas vendem a máquina em Portugal e quando queremos usar o voucher de desconto no site da Tassimo, simplesmente nao enviam encomendas para Portugal! Entao porque vendem máquinas em Portugal se nao temos o mesmo direito de usufruir do desconto de 20€ em compra de cápsulas?? 😞
