When we paid the partial amount then the agreement was made with possession date as Dec 2025. So, please don’t misguide people. The project is good but the sales team is so unprofessional

Only problem with these villas is that people buy it for investment and give it on rent for parties everyday. So no peace at all. There should be strict rule about residential only but people will give it on rent for 10K a day for groups. No family is going to live in Lonavla because of no jobs or corporate. These are just retirement homes.

Acme avenue is the worst building by acme builders, I booked in 2010 and I got very late possession in 2022 without amenities promised by builders, at last I have to sell my flat at very low rate I went loss, gym is still pending, no place for children to play, no garden no joging track, many flat owers still without parking, water problem everyday, B wing is still incomplete with litigation, guys please dont fall in trap.

Hello Rafiq. Yes. Pune is Great. Forest Trails is greater too with all the Greenery, Though, partly turning yellow due to lack of water. I am posting this at the peril of devaluing my own property. We are harassed by random charges; random electricity and water being cut at the whims and fancy by the builder. Did not think that this serene place will be turned in to a sorrowful experience. I understand you are promoting the property; It is my conscious though to point out the sufferings.
