When would I have to set the unit number? I have two air handlers connected to my Fujitsu outdoor heat pump. Both wired controllers are set to unit number 00. When would I have to set them differently? Main reason why I'm asking is, I installed a UTY-TTRXZ1 thermostat converter and everything is installed correctly, but the air handler does not come on. I'm wondering if I have to change the unit number using the old Fujitsu wired controller prior to installing the converter and a standard thermostat.

When they say "Make all connections with the complete absence of power",that is serious!!! Connection to a unit with power,even if it is switched off,will spike the Aidoo board and ruin it.On the app,you will see "indoor unit not connected" even though it is.Switch off all breakers that feed any part of the a/c system to prevent this.
