​@KyleR_MMA That is not the Philly shell, or even some variation of it, you just have your hands down around your waste. The philly shell, is just that, A SHELL, it's a way to protect the head and body fully while also being able to roll with punches. Don't try to reinvent the wheel, before you even know how to drive. Listen to the people that have come before you and mastered the craft. Something's have been proven to work better than others. Im not saying you have to lose your own style. But for gods sake, learn the fundamentals, before you start trying to experiment. You're not a genius that is reinventing the game. You have hubris and are a living representation of the dunning Kruger effect.

@@pimplepickertonmy guy I didn’t say I was doing a Philly shell in the video I just said that’s what I do in sparring. I keep my hands low and then use the shell when in the pocket. I’m a tall lanky fighter, examples of my style are guys like Kevin holland, Bobby green, Caio borralho, Robert Whittaker. I’m not “reinventing” relax
