It’s hard, but if your structure is good, then it’s not to bad, it just gives you a different break every time you do it. It’s much better than standard practise routines. I want to swear but rarely do lol

The fan has nothing to do with it lol you could put 5 fans there and the White wouldnt move lol It's down to cueing, nothing more nothing less, o and a 15oz cue, 10mm TIP elk master and no not the pro, Just thee 50p tips

It's about velocity of the cue not the weight

The equation is too basic to summarize the cue hitting the ball. The most important factor is the kinetic energy of the cue and how much it changes during it's contact with the ball. (KE = 1/2[mass x velocity^2])
