I practically taught myself guitar and tabla... What makes this any different?
@MaulinAgrawal12176 жыл бұрын
There is no one in Dallas teaching Thavil or even Nadhaswaram. It's all tabla, mridangam, ghatam, violin, and singing... I am having to teach myself nadaswaram, and that too in a shed since it's so loud. My local temple was about to offer nadaswaram classes but the man who offered to teach passed away suddenly, and the priest's son only knows how to blow into nadaswaram properly. I am having to figure things out myself.

I think your order of placing the artists got upside down.... by the way, all the artists are simply outstanding here in this video....

Highly appreciable ThaLa Vaadya Session. Each artist shines in his own instrument. It is definitely not correct to make any comparison. At the end the thaaLa travel of all the artistes’ reaching the finishing line is awfully wonderful. ‘Bramippaith tharuGinRathu. All credit goes to our ancestors for systematizing. - ‘Mandakolathur Subramanian’.
